Outreach Centers

Brightwater Health Outreach Centers offer persons with mental health disabilities the opportunity to be part of a social club, make friends, and learn new skills. Outreach centers use a consumer empowerment model, integrating consumer-led activities, socialization, community outings, games, music, and support groups with the more traditional staff leadership. While these centers are not treatment programs, they work closely with staff from other Brightwater CSP services to assist consumers with vocational, housing, and psychotherapy needs.
